Why, hello there Blogger. It's been awhile. I'm not going to say I'm sorry, because I'm not sure that anyone actually cares, and plus, I have been in the middle of a lot of stuff lately...so yeah.
I'm actually here to promote my friends/my favorite band Kicking Daisies. If you didn't know, they just went through a lot of changes, two members left the band and two members just joined. But, what I'm here to tell you about is their new single, Bows & Arrows. It is an amazing, amazing, amazing song, and is definitely one of my favorites of theirs so far. I just wanted to tell you guys about it, so even if you have never listened to them, or maybe listened to them and didn't care for them, you would give this song a listen, because it is so different from anything they have done, and I am absolutely in love with it. Click here!
Sorry to advertise here, I usually try to refrain from doing that, but I am a writer for Kicking Daisies Fan Blog, and I'm always trying to get the word out :)

I Need Your Help, Guys!
My friends Kicking Daisies are in a new Ring Pop competition, and if they win they get their own flavor of Ring Pop released! They're up against some pretty popular bands, though, so I was wondering; do any of you have facebook accounts? If so, it would mean a lot to me and them if you would go vote for them at facebook.com/ringpop .
Thanks so much guys!

Peace!

Late New Year Greetings
Happy Late New Year everyone! Sorry I'm so late on this post, I haven't gotten the chance to get on the internet for a long time(yes, yes, I'm a lame person with no internet at my house, with the exception of my cell phone which doesn't allow me to make good blog posts. Whatever.) but here I am finally!
Even though I'm more of a look ahead, not behind, type of person, this post, rather than talk about expectations and resoloutions for the future that'll probably never work out, I wanna talk about my quite eventful, quite topsy-turvy 2011.
First off, I switched houses at the beginning of the year. That was quite different. Me and my family had our own house in 2010, but now we live with my grandparents in their 2 bedroom house. Last year was so crazy as far as our location. We talked about moving everywhere you can imagine(which I really wouldn't have wanted) but we're(luckily for me) still in our normal town, with my grandparents. It may be cramped, but I love my family more than anything, so it's not as hard as it would be for some families, and I'm lucky and thankful to have somewhere to live at all. God has been very good to us.
2011 was a really hard year for me, because of the fact we lived in North Carolina for over 5 months. It was not fun, to say the least. I was away from my home, my friends, and everyone I know with the exception of my parents and my sister. I hated it and wished the whole time that I was home. That was definitely the worst thing about 2011. All I could think about was how much time I was wasting there, and what I could be doing if I were home.
With all the free time I had in NC, I did a lot of planning and scheming(those are things I'm very good at), and by the time we got home, I was featured in one of my favorite magazines, and set to interview my favorite band for my fan blog.(At least I got something accomplished ;)
I had sent a story to my favorite magazine, M Magazine's email just for fun, and a few days later they contacted me and told me I was going to be in their magazine, along with my sister and friend. By the time I was back in Florida, our issue was out, and I was super excited. It was kinda surreal seeing myself in a nationally famous teen magazine, on stands in Walmart and such. It was my first time in a magazine, so it was a big deal for me.
The biggest hilight of 2011, and actually of my whole life, was meeting and interviewing one of my favorite bands, Kicking Daisies. While in NC, I talked back and forth with Ben, from the band, and the bands tour manager, until I somehow managed to get an interview for me and my sisters fan blog. I had interviewed them via email before, and had talked to them several times online, but this was huge and undescribably exciting for me(music is sorta my life). Meeting them and interviewing them was such an honor and a pleasure. They are some of the nicest people I've ever met, and so down-to-earth. We're now good friends, and we talk so much now. They are so, so awesome and I would love to get to hang out again soon. <3 Their concert was as amazing as ever as well.
Other cool concerts I went to were Trans-Siberian Orchestra(just...wow they're amazing!) and Night Ranger(my favorite classic rock group). And also I'm so stoked, cause me and my sister got Allstar Weekend tickets for Christmas from our parents. YAY:D Can't wait for February 9th!!!
Oh, almost forgot, my mom's dream came true in 2011(LOL, mom!) cause me, her, and Mina met her favorite TV star, Daniel Curtis Lee, who plays Kojo in Zeke and Luther, at Epcot while he was there filming a commercial. He was really, really nice, down-to-earth, and cool. So yay, I met a TV star last year as well :)
What was good and bad about your year? COMMENT:)

The Day I Had Been Waiting For, For Like, Months...
Was yesterday! Yes, meeting, interviewing, and watching Kicking Daisies:D Let me tell you all about it( don't have the pictures loaded yet, but I will put them up ASAP. And also, the interview video link is at the bottom of this page.)
We went, of course, with my friend Sonya, who is a huge fan, as I am:) We first went to Taco Bell and Downtown Disney, then went over to Celebration, where the concert and interview would take place.
As we were walking on Market Street, we saw Ben, the super nice, super talented lead guitarist of the band, at the merch table, so we went up and said hello, and gave him the cookies we had made them. He recognized us right away, and commented on our KD shirts, and how much he loves our KD Fan Blog. We talked with him, until he had to go tune up. At the merch table, I got a KD glow in the dark bracelet, and a Duran pin:)
We walked around for awhile, until Carly, Duran, and Caitlin were ready for the interview. CLICK HERE TO VIEW PLEASE:D We had so much fun interviewing them, they were all so nice, funny, and down-to-earth. <3 We got some pictures, then they had to go do a soundcheck.
We watched their soundcheck, and it was almost like a private concert, with 2 songs;) It was awesome:)
We waited around for about 5 hours, 'til the concert started. Shealeigh and CoCo Jones opened for them. Shealeigh was good, but I can't say I liked Coco:p We got to be in the VIP section so we were super close to the stage, and super pumped. Me, Mina, Sonya, and our 2 new friends we met at the concert, got the whole crowd cheering "KD! KD! KD!". It was an awesome, exhilerating few minutes leading up to their performance. From behind the stage, Ben, smiled and waved to me, and he looked super pumped, excited, and ready to perform.:)
Despite a few minor sound issues(which was not KD's fault), the concert was amazing as ever. I expect nothing less of KD though:) I got the whole thing on video, and since I was in the front row, it came out really good. Being that close was really cool, and the concert was just awesome. We had so much fun singing, dancing, and screaming as we watched our fav band perform.Carly even threw us a KD T-shirt, which Mina caught and is wearing right now:)
All in all, it was an amazing day, and most certainly the best day of my life. Please, please, check out our interview here, and tell me what you think!!!:D
Much Love,

Looking Forward To...
Sorry I haven't been around much lately. I've been kind of lacking on post ideas., *horrified gasps from the readers* but never fear, there's always something going on with me worthy of posting. *giant sigh of relief*
Lately, it seems all I can think about is concerts. Why? Well...
For one, my second(but first in-person) interview with Kicking Daisies is coming up when they come down to Florida on December 10th. Last week, it was confirmed by their tour manager that we will indeed be doing it, so I've been a happy girl:)
Does anyone have any ideas of interesting questions I could ask them? I would be very happy if you shared some with me.
So, the second concert on my mind is a...

Allstar Weekend concert!
That's right folks, I told my parents all I wanted for Christmas was tickets to see them again, so they ordered me some, and I will be going with my sis on February 9th, at the House of Blues in Downtown Disney! There, we're also going to see Hollywood Ending, another band I really like, and might possibly, hopefully, get an interview with them.(Hollywood Ending of course; not Allstar Weekend)
(If you've never heard Hollywood Ending, you should click here to hear their song, "You Got Me", it's very good and reminds me of Allstar Weekend!)
Of course, I'm also thinking of Thanksgiving, one of my favorite holidays. I can't wait to dig into that turkey and pumpkin pie! I also love getting up and watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade!
Also, I hate football, but I'm excited because Big Time Rush will be singing the national anthem at one of the T-Day games this year! I'll be tuned in;)
Ooh, another thing I'm excited about, and I hope you will be too, is me and my sister's channel has gone completely Christmas for the Holiday season, we will be posting all holiday-themed videos, and have changed our page look for the season! Please click here and check it out! Tell me what you think!
What are you looking forward to this year? COMMENT:)

If You Happen To Care What's On My Mind...Read This
I wanted to make a really cool post, with maybe a good theory to prove, or something of that sort.
But I can't seem to think of a thing.
So I thought I would share some random on-my-mind's (meaning is over-rated, right?)
1. I go back to Florida in about two and a half months. It seems so far away! I cannot wait:/
2. Dillion's Haircut Song!!! "Oh my gosh Dillion, you got a haircut" :)
(you're probably thinking I've lost it, so copy and paste the URL below to understand)
http://youtu.be/OgNmMbuVBAA
3. I've been hoping that Kicking Daisies comes back to Florida soon, because interviewing them in person would be really cool. I've never actually done an in-person interview with a celebrity before, so that would be a great experience, especially with nice people like KD:)
4. My mind has been with the library a lot lately. I work there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and I really enjoy it. I help with the childrens programs, and I do book shelving and things like that. It's really cool, and a really good work experience. And everyone that I work with is just so nice, and it's a beautiful library. Thats one place I will miss when I go home(but I assure you, I'm ready to go home!)
5. I have been thinking a lot about the fun things I'm going to do when I get home. For one, I'm having a big, all-out crazy fun sleepover in mah crib:) I miss doing that! For two, when we get back we're taking my best buddy Sonya to Disney World for the first time in her life! That is going to be epic! (But why does October have to be so far away!)
I hope you enjoyed this random post. What is on your mind right now? COMMENT:)

Check This Out:D
So, Mina kinda got me started on something yesterday...
Apparently, there's a possibility that Kicking Daisies might be coming back to Florida for the Radio Disney Holiday Concert(the concert we went to last December), so now I'm all hyped up, and hoping they are going to come(I really want to get another interview)
So the point of all this is I thought I would share with you the video of the Allstar Weekend/Kicking Daisies concert we were at of ASW performing Dance Forever, look for our sign in the crowd, it says "We Heart ASW!", and then let me know what you think:)Be patient and watch for the sign!!! copy and paste the URL below:

Apparently, there's a possibility that Kicking Daisies might be coming back to Florida for the Radio Disney Holiday Concert(the concert we went to last December), so now I'm all hyped up, and hoping they are going to come(I really want to get another interview)
So the point of all this is I thought I would share with you the video of the Allstar Weekend/Kicking Daisies concert we were at of ASW performing Dance Forever, look for our sign in the crowd, it says "We Heart ASW!", and then let me know what you think:)Be patient and watch for the sign!!! copy and paste the URL below:

Blogger Obsession
It seems I have become obsessed with editing, posting, ect. on my blog and on my Kicking Daisies blog. Did you notice my new design? Do you like it? FEEDBACK:) Anyway, I have been working VERY hard on the Kicking Daisies one, and have been trying desperately to get more followers, so I was wondering if you would check it out for me, even if you don't like Kicking Daisies, or have never heard of the band, I would appreciate you going to it and letting me know what you think of the design and such. Blogger STILL isn't letting me post links so here's the URL address:
kickingdaisiesfanblog.blogspot.com
I hope you enjoy it, and by the way, my contest ends tomorrow, so enter if you didn't, I haven't got very many entries.
Thanks, and have a wonderful day!

These Days-Kicking Daisies
Where do you go when you're down? To turn yourself back around, where do you go when you're gone, do you let yourself fall back to where you came from...
I can't talk to you, without bleeding through, all the pain I turned away, I can't think of you, without needing to, distract myself this way, I can finally get my feet back on the ground and, start to say, that I'm better off without you, These Days
Where does this feeling come from? And when can I throw it away? When can we get through the games, when we let our hearts give up for all the same things
I can't talk to you without bleeding through, all the pain I turned away, I can't think of you without needing to, distract myself this way, I can finally get my feet back on the ground and start to say, that I'm better off without you...
These Days are getting strange I'm caught in a mess or I'm climbin' to the top, it gets harder everytime I am on the stage and I've finally made it stop, I'm walkin' on this tightrope, my mind is getting strong, it's time I figured out where I belong
I can't talk to you without bleeding through, all the pain I turned away, I can't think of you, without needing to, distract myself this way, I can finally get my feet back on the ground and, start to say, that I'm better off without you, These Days

Happy Birthday To Mina(And Other Fun Things)
Hello Peope!!! It's been a long time since I've posted, I know. I just haven't had time to get on the computer, I've been so busy. So here's whats been going on...
These past three or four weeks have been pretty exciting, about three weeks ago we actually got to meet Daniel Curtis Lee, AKA Kojo from the show Zeke and Luther, he was at Disney filming a comercial and my mom is definately a huge fan of him,she loves that show and he is her favorite character, so she was yelling things out to him, but the Disney workers didn't want him getting pictures with anyone, but when he was on his break he snuck over and got some pictures with us, which was so cool, he seemed really nice. Jennifer Stone was also there, but we didn't get to meet her.
One of the most exciting things for me so far in these past few weeks was getting to interview Ben and Duran from Kicking Daisies via Youtube.com for me and my sister's fan site, kickingdaisiesfanblog.blogspot.com, it was so cool to get to interview them, they were so nice and they answered all our questions, and I really look up to them as musicians and one of my favorite bands ever. They are such an inspiration to me, and many others I'm sure, because they are only my age, and they have already achieved so much! (Ben is 14 and Duran is 15) Thank you guys:)
So, the third was my little sister Mina's birthday, and we had a really good time all the week of to celebrate it! On Thursday we spent the day at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Friday we went to Animal Kingdom(and rode Mina's very favorite rollercoaster, Expedition Everest, twice in a row), then Saturday our friend Sonya spent the night with us, and that was a lot of fun! We stayed up late, ate a lot of snacks, listened to music, watched the KCAs, played games, and had a great time. Then Sunday we went with our friends to Rainbow Rollerland, our local skating rink, and had a great time!
Guess what me and Mina got as Mina's Bday/Early Easter present???
A KODAK PLAYSPORT CAMERA:D
We are so happy our parents surprised us with this, as some of you might know, we really enjoy creating and posting videos on our youtube channel(youtube.com/minaandmarellecole), and the quality of our videos will now be so much better.
My little sister is now a teenager, and I'm really happy for her. She is a really cool kid, she is super creative, she thinks up a huge percentage of everything on our youtube channel. She is really talented, at singing, at cooking, at anything she puts her mind to. And my favorite thing about her, she is super funny! She can make anyone laugh, and she is the best comedian I've ever seen. I'm lucky to have a sister like her.
Please go give mina your best birthday wishes at her, minaseverdaylife.blogspot.com, or leave them here for me to give to her.
Well, thats about it, talk to you later peeps;)
